Thousands of files like these examples are indexed on our database all relating directly to Burma, covering a wide range of subjects and all aspects of life. We can supply most of the documents which are found in the RG1 Accessions held at the National  Archives in Yangon, including non-biographical material.

Please contact us for details.

There is something here for everyone, whether they are purely interested in family history or have a wider interest in the minutiae of colonial administration.

The Anglo-Burmese Library is volunteer based and relies on funding to continue its work assisting in the preservation of original documents and to purchase material of interest.
